Before you begin
- School Fees setup is complete.
- A checked class list, pupil list, opening balances and agreed fee schedule.
Set up in this order
- Step 1. Confirm the active academic year, term and dates under Terms.
- Step 2. Create classes in academic order and add sections where needed. Check copied School Mann classes before adding more.
- Step 3. Set the school fee and extra class fees in Classes & fees.
- Step 4. Add pupils to the correct classes. Enter opening arrears from your previous records once, with a source.
- Step 5. Confirm guardian email and phone details. Assign applicable scholarship packages and review the resulting fee breakdown.
- Step 6. Apply any one-off charges and create daily or weekly plans only for services the school intends to bill.
- Step 7. Invite staff and give each person an appropriate access level. Check Wallet and any required online-payment integration.
