A saved item is not yet a pupil charge

The list of one-off items is a reusable catalogue. Creating a definition does not, by itself, put money on every pupil’s account. Applying it creates the pupil charges. Check which pupils were selected before applying another time.

Change or remove charges

Changes to pupil-specific charges are restricted to the current active term. Review any payments already allocated to the item before editing or deleting it. The app blocks removal when money has already been paid toward that fee type. A renamed or updated catalogue item should not be assumed to rewrite every earlier applied charge.
