Choose the academic period
- Step 1. Open Reports for the available student or teacher reports, or Analytics for school-wide measures.
- Step 2. Choose the academic year and term where offered. A whole-year view and a single-term view answer different questions.
- Step 3. Apply the class, subject or pupil filters relevant to the report.
- Step 4. Read empty-state and coverage messages before interpreting the values.
Open the detail behind a summary
Analytics groups the school’s measures into areas such as enrolment, academics, attendance, workload, operations and library. Open an area to inspect its detail and available drill-downs. Check the source period and the records behind a concern before acting.
- Missing attendance or marks can limit a measure’s coverage.
- A current-class roll and a historical report may include different pupil populations.
- Finance-related information depends on the school’s connected services and the access granted.
- Use the page’s refresh behavior after correcting source records and check the resulting scope.
Export a focused report or board pack
- Step 1. Recheck filters, school, year and term before exporting.
- Step 2. Choose the report PDF or other export action offered on the page.
- Step 3. Use the board-pack action only when your account has the required export permission.
- Step 4. Open the downloaded file and check the headings, period and included data before sharing.
