Record the trip through Bus Duty

  1. Step 1. Open Bus Duty using the account assigned the relevant duty.
  2. Step 2. Check the bus, current trip and passenger list before recording movement.
  3. Step 3. Use the supported trip and drop-off controls as each event actually occurs.
  4. Step 4. Review any confirmation or outstanding passenger message before ending the trip.
  5. Step 5. Open Trip History to confirm the saved trip and individual drop-off records.

Check history and operational totals

Use Trip History and Daily Operations → Transport for the date range being reviewed. A bus subscription gives a pupil a place; it does not by itself record that the pupil took a particular trip or was dropped off.
