Keep resources and loans separate
Class Books describes learning materials associated with teaching. The library catalogue tracks stock and issue/return transactions. Listing a textbook for a class does not automatically issue a physical library copy to every pupil.
- Use links families and staff can access through the intended service.
- Replace outdated resource links instead of adding repeated entries.
- For borrowed books, record the issue and return in the library workflow.
