Before you begin
- An email address you can access.
- The school owner or a staff invitation for the correct school.
Create your Warmkeys account
School Mann uses your Warmkeys account. Open the School Mann product page and choose the registration link. If you already use another Warmkeys service, sign in with that account instead of creating another identity. The video demonstrates the shared account setup.
- Step 1. Enter your details and complete the account verification shown.
- Step 2. Keep access to the email used for registration; invitations and recovery depend on it.
- Step 3. Continue to your Warmkeys account and select the school you intend to work with.
Create or join the school
Owners create the school through the Warmkeys school registration flow. Staff should accept their school invitation or use the school access process rather than register the same school again. The school-creation video covers the shared Warmkeys flow.
- Step 1. Owners: enter the school details and review the saved school record.
- Step 2. Open School Mann for that school. Follow any pending approval or access instructions displayed.
- Step 3. Check the school name in the app header before adding records. Staff should ask the administrator to confirm their roles and class assignments.
Review and start using
- Step 1. Open the setup guide or the Start using banner as an administrator.
- Step 2. Review the current academic year and term. If no year exists, enter the real term number and dates.
- Step 3. Confirm the activation summary. Existing classes and pupils may be copied from the connected school records.
- Step 4. Review any pupils found in both apps. Link records only when they represent the same child.
- Step 5. Continue with the first-term checklist: classes, pupils, teachers, subjects, attendance and reports.
